We are a licensed and accredited home healthcare agency! We were founded in 2011 and was a part Pennsylvania's pioneer ACO in 2012. Now based out of Exton, PA, we are a proud provider of skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, and more! Over the years, we have become known for our quality and caring services throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area.
We are now a Full Range Health Services company! In 2019, physical therapist and CEO, Michael McDevitt had the vision to expand Full Range's service line and add home health. Now, Full Range is the only privately owned provider of home health, house calls, and outpatient physical therapy in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Michael McDevitt Jr, PT, DPT
Founder & CEO
Mike started Full Range in 2014, expanding to include Renaissance in 2019. He is a graduate of Widener University's Physical Therapy program. Mike is certified in the McKenzie Method, LSVT Big, and has a passion for treating older adults.
Bruce Gold, RN
Administrator
Bruce graduated from Frankford Hospital School of Nursing and brings over 20 years of nursing experience, including 8 years in Administration. He is passionate about providing quality care to our communities and does so by helping the Renaissance and Full Range team serve our patients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania!
Sara Marano, PT, DPT
Director of Therapy Operations
Sara has served the Greater Philadelphia Area in outpatient orthopedics and home care since graduating from Thomas Jefferson in 2008. She has taken continuing education courses focusing on manual therapy, LSVT Big, Clinical Instruction, and much more.
